Over the years, I’ve evolved into a more creative version of myself than I ever imagined. Through art, storytelling, and wellness, I’ve found ways to express my truth and share messages that matter — not just to me, but hopefully to others too.
Golden the Hippo - A Tale of Self-Love
One of my proudest achievements is writing and illustrating my very own children’s book, Golden the Hippo. This heartfelt story mirrors my own journey of learning to love myself fully. It carries an important message I believe we should pass on to our children: that they are enough just as they are, and that self-love is the foundation of a happy life.

My abstract artwork is bursting with energy, life, and colour — each piece created as part of my personal art therapy during a time of deep healing. These vibrant paintings are more than decor; they are emotional expressions, reminders of resilience, and proof that beauty can emerge from within the mess. Podcast – My Story & Guided Meditations
In my podcast, I open up about my life’s journey, sharing personal stories alongside calming guided meditations. It’s a space where I hope listeners can feel seen, supported, and soothed. This project is very close to my heart — it’s something I use myself whenever I need to reconnect and reset.

Crystals & Herbal Remedies
To complement my healing path, I curated a collection of crystals and handcrafted herbal remedies, designed to help others self-soothe, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. Each item in the collection was created with intention, love, and the desire to help others on their own journey.
