Craftsmanship & Construction

The Base: Built on a durable, lightweight hard-cap base with structural wire and lining.

The Fit: Sits securely and comfortably on the performer's head like a tailored hat (tightening systems available)

The Materials: Sculpted using premium synthetic hair, soft fibre, or hard-fibre solid spray.

The Structure: Integrated lightweight foam cores available for extreme height and avant-garde shapes.

We will discuss the optimal material and weight boundaries for your performer during your initial consultation.
